British singer Rachel Stevens named the cover girl of the decade by the men’s magazine FHM UK. She scores a perfect ten for posing in her skimpies for the January 2010 issue. Rachel first graced the FHM magazine in 2000 and said she was stunned to be asked to pose then because she didn’t think she was hot enough.
